Come to Ashtanga Yoga Northampton's first Community Movie Night - where we will be screening the film, A Small Good Thing, filmed right here in Western Massachusetts! The surprising discovery at the heart of A Small Good Thing is that hard—but not impossible—is a crucial part of a good life. The stories inspire us to make small, good changes in our daily lives. This event is a community fundraiser for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, suggested donation, $10. All are welcome, not just AYN students! Bring your friends and family. 

Right before the show, we will be holding our prize drawing to wrap up the AYN October Practice Challenge month. Afterwards, we will have a few minutes of group discussion to share thoughts about the film.
