Take time to enjoy yourself today! Continue your self-love practice with the following exercise:

Day 11: Take time to laugh! Take 5-10 minutes in the middle of your day to enjoy a scene from your favorite sitcom, to read an excerpt from a humorous book, or to listen to a podcast you know makes you laugh. Laughing helps your release inner tension and take a pause to recharge.
