Take time to celebrate yourself today! Continue your self-love practice with the following exercise:
Day 17: Take a moment to think of all the things you most need to hear from others -- that they love you, admire you, accept you, forgive you, etc. Any piece of encouragement at all. Now, take a piece of paper and write them all down. You will now have a list of positive affirmations made perfectly for yourself! Repeat them every day, and you will soon begin to enjoy a new sense of self-love and inner peace.
