Day 4: Take 5 minutes out of your busy schedule to calm your mind and connect with your breath. Close your eyes, slowly breathe in and out, and try to clear your mind of all thoughts. If you have extra time, try out a guided meditation from Calm.com, which vary in length from 2 to 20 minutes.
