The Middlebury College Farm and Food Project provides students, staff, faculty, and community members the opportunity to participate in and learn about agriculture. Middlebury's Bill McKibben, Scholar in Residence in Environmental Studies, and Sophie Esser Calvi, Global Food Studies Coordinator, provide insight about the farm and why it's important for the students to learn about connecting to the land.
